Arjan is a new district within Dubailand, located on the outskirts of Dubai. The community is located between Al Barsha South in the north and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in the south. If you move further south, you will reach Dubai Motor City, which is the residence of Dubai Autodrome.

The acquisition includes residential complexes, commercial buildings, and retail developments. The neighborhood is popular for two of the most visited parks in Dubai: the Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Butterfly Garden.
