In line with the visionary directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, approval has been granted by His Highness Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council, for the allocation of an extensive housing benefits package to UAE Nationals within the emirate.

The substantial value of the package stands at a noteworthy AED7.6 billion, extending its support to 5,685 UAE Nationals across the emirate. This marks a significant milestone, bringing the cumulative value of housing benefit packages disbursed in Abu Dhabi throughout the year 2023 to an impressive AED13.44 billion, benefitting a total of 9,292 UAE Nationals.

This comprehensive package encompasses a diverse range of housing loans, totaling AED6 billion, and benefiting 3,714 UAE Nationals. Additionally, it showcases a compassionate approach by exempting low-income retirees and families of those who sadly passed away in 2023 from loan repayments, with this particular segment amounting to over AED573 million and benefiting 549 UAE Nationals.

Furthermore, the package extends its impact by granting residential lands and ready-made houses to 1,422 UAE Nationals, with a combined value exceeding AED950 million. This inclusive approach not only addresses immediate housing needs but also incorporates the cost of infrastructure works to enhance the residential lands. The commitment to the well-being and prosperity of UAE Nationals is evident in this multifaceted housing benefits package, reinforcing the emirate's dedication to ensuring a thriving and secure future for its citizens.
